Commercial Terms

1. Subscription tiers
Lojycal is sold on annual subscriptions across Lite, Starter, Growth, Elite, and Enterprise tiers. Tier-specific feature scopes are published on the Pricing page and reflected in your workspace capability matrix.
2. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.
3. Fees & billing
Fees are quoted in EUR, invoiced in advance, and payable net 14. Overage seats accrue at the published unit rate and are billed monthly in arrears.
4. Renewal, cancellation & refunds
Subscriptions auto-renew annually unless either party gives at least 30 days' written notice before the renewal date. Purchases are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee — see the Refund Policy. Refunds are handled by Paddle at paddle.net.
5. Taxes
Fees are exclusive of applicable VAT and taxes. EU B2B customers with a valid VAT ID may benefit from the reverse-charge mechanism.
6. Trials, design partners & discounts
Trials are provided on the tier specified at signup. Design partner discounts are agreed in the order form and time-boxed to the design partnership period.
7. Support
Starter includes community support. Growth adds business-hours support. Elite and Enterprise include priority response SLAs and named contacts.
