Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026.
1. Who you are contracting with
The service is provided by Wesley Vincent Thomas Blake, trading as “Lojycal”, Katbachstraße 24, 10965 Berlin, Germany (“Lojycal”, “we”, “us”). By using the service you enter into an agreement with Wesley Vincent Thomas Blake. Contact: privacy@lojycal.com.
2. Acceptance
By creating a Lojycal workspace or continuing to use the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and the referenced Commercial Terms, Refund Policy, Data Processing Agreement, and Sub-processor list.
3. Payments, billing and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms, together with our Commercial Terms and Refund Policy.
4. Service
Lojycal provides the Workplace Operations Graph — a governance surface for people, assets, access, contracts, procurement, compliance, and finance. Feature availability depends on your subscription tier.
5. Accounts & security
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, enforcing MFA for privileged roles, and keeping user directory data accurate. AAL2 is enforced for platform administrators.
6. Acceptable use
No reverse engineering, resale without authorization, or use of the service to violate applicable law. You will not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
7. Data
Customer data is processed under the Data Processing Agreement. Sub-processors are listed publicly and updated when the list changes.
8. Term & termination
Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, you may export your data via the Tenant Migration Pack for 30 days.
9. Warranties & liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, except for gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury.
10. Suspension & termination for cause
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
11. Sanctions, export control and restricted regions
Lojycal is operated from the European Union and is subject to EU and applicable national sanctions and export-control law. You may not purchase, access or use the service if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of a person or entity in a restricted region, or if you are a designated party on an applicable sanctions list.
We block signup and purchase from restricted regions using IP-based geolocation, and our payment provider (Paddle, as merchant of record) performs its own sanctions and compliance screening at the transaction level. IP-based blocking is a reasonable-effort control, not a guarantee: circumventing it — including via VPN or proxy — is a breach of these terms and grounds for immediate termination without refund.
The list of restricted regions is maintained as configuration and reviewed against the EU consolidated sanctions list; it may change without notice.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Venue: Berlin.
