App-only Microsoft Graph transport into a document library you control.
Contracts, incident reports and signed evidence packs belong in your own document estate — not locked inside a vendor tool. Auto Storage archives them there automatically, and reconciles what you add back into the record.
Auto Storage is the archive and two-way evidence flow between Lojycal and the systems your organisation already uses for documents. When a contract is signed, an incident is closed or an evidence pack is generated, the artefact is dispatched to your destination with its metadata intact. Documents added on the destination side are reconciled back so the Lojycal record and your archive tell the same story.
App-only Microsoft Graph transport into a document library you control.
Folder-scoped archival for organisations standardised on Box.
Team-folder delivery for lighter-weight document estates.
Container-level archival where storage-tier policy already governs retention.
Each destination declares its own capabilities, so the interface never offers an operation the provider cannot perform.
A newly configured destination is not trusted on its word. It stays in dry-run until a probe writes a test object, reads it back and deletes it again. Only a clean round trip promotes the destination to live dispatch — which means evidence is never sent into a path that cannot actually receive it.
Transient failures are retried on an increasing interval instead of being dropped on the first error.
A destination that keeps failing is quarantined and surfaced, so a broken integration is visible rather than silent.
Each dispatch attempt — success or failure — is recorded with its destination, artefact and outcome.
Auditors ask for evidence in the place they already trust. Auto Storage lands signed evidence packs, WORM audit records, contract artefacts and incident documentation directly in your retention estate, under your own retention and access policy. That supports ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2 and DORA evidence requests without a scramble to export.
Archiving in one direction only creates a second silo. Documents added or updated on the destination side are reconciled back to the Lojycal record they belong to, so the operational graph reflects the current state of the evidence — not the state at the moment of export.
Tell us where your evidence needs to land — SharePoint, Box, Dropbox or Azure Blob — and we will set up a scoped evaluation with the validation gate running in dry-run first.
We configure a destination in dry-run during the session so you can watch the validation probe run.
