Prices in EUR, per seat, excluding tax. VAT / sales tax is calculated for your country and added on top at checkout. Annual plans are billed once for twelve months.
Annual platform fee from €700 applies for Starter, Growth, Elite and Enterprise plans below 50 seats.
Billing terms
- Tax. All prices are shown excluding tax. VAT or sales tax for your country is calculated and added at checkout. Business customers in the EU can enter a valid VAT number at checkout for reverse charge.
- Merchant of record. Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for every Lojycal subscription. Your invoice and receipt come from Paddle, who handle tax collection and remittance.
- Billing period and renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual) until cancelled. Seats added mid-period are charged pro rata.
- Cancellation. Cancel any time from Admin → Billing. Your workspace stays fully available until the end of the period you have already paid for; no further charges are taken after that.
- Refunds. Full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked. After that, payments already taken are non-refundable, except where required by law. Refund requests go to billing@lojycal.com.

Pricing FAQ
How do you count seats?+
One seat = one active employee in your directory (IdP-synced). Service accounts, shared mailboxes and offboarded users don't count. You can preview your seat count before any commitment.
Can we switch tiers later?+
Yes — upgrade or downgrade in-app at any time. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you keep what you've paid for.
What about currency, tax and invoicing?+
All plans bill annually in GBP with VAT applied per your registered country. PO-based invoicing is available on request — just mention it when you contact us.
What does the annual discount actually look like?+
Every annual agreement gets the equivalent of 2 months free across the year. On Starter and Growth, the first 3 months are billed at 20% off the standard seat price, then the agreed annual rate kicks in for the rest of the term.
Where is our data hosted?+
EU-only by default, with full data residency controls on Elite and Enterprise. KMS, SIEM egress and signed evidence packs are wired in from Growth upwards — see the Trust Center for the full posture.
